We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Billing and Payment Options
Ability to pay is of deep concern to many dental patients. We share your concern and are prepared to offer you a number of payment options. We will discuss the payment plan best suited for you in privacy and assist you with all the arrangements.
As a courtesy, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you, but please note that we are not a participating provider for any insurance networks.
